Truly blessed

December has been a wonderful month of family time and celebrations. I love this time of year when we remember what our Savior's birth, life, death and resurrection mean to us. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! God bless.

Breaking Dawn and sushi

It's a tradition for our little group to go and see the latest installment of the Twilight movies on the first day in the AM to avoid all the teeny boppers and lines (plus we must have the perfect seat). Here we are for the 10:30 a.m. showing at the Regal Downtown. Good times! Team Jacob and Team Edward :-)
Since Nama's is right next door, we just had to have sushi for lunch after -- yummy pizza roll!!!

Slacker

I have been such a slacker with the blog. We have been so busy these past couple of months with lots of fun activities. God has blessed us with the opportunity for family time, couple time, girl time and guy time. It has been so wonderful!!! Once again, I will just have to recap in pictures :-).

Pumpkin patch as a family and with cousins and friends! Driving and talking like Mommy!
Girl's night out while Daddy was gone on a guy's golf trip.
Girl's trip to Hilton Head to celebrate a friend's 40th!
Headed to dinner and dancing (we were by far the youngest everywhere we went).
Briley cheering at the GCA football game.
Briley singing in big church.
After church lunch at Calhoun's on the River :-).
Supergirls!!!
Disney on Ice as a family. It was really great!

"Wicked" weekend in Nashville with the girls (I know it seems like I have had a lot of girl trips, but they just all fell around the same time).
Chad and I in Charlotte for the Panther's game. This was for his upcoming birthday. It was a nice time for the two of us even though it was not a good game for Cam :-(.

So behind

I am so behind on my blog posts. It's been a great but busy month, and I just haven't had time to sit down and post. If you have your own blog, you'll know that it's harder than it looks. Sometimes the pictures don't line up right or the words get kicked to the end or other random things that drive me nuts ... I have to fix these before I can post so it takes me forever! I will do a catch up post soon, but here's a picture to hold you over until then :-).

Love these sweet faces.

Candy Land

Here is a sneak peek of the photo shoot the girls had this past Sunday. Can't wait to see the rest ... they had a blast playing dress up :-).

Catching up

I have too many things to catch up on in the blog world so I'm just going to share pics. This first one is Chad's karate school doing a demo at the Karns fair. Lots of exciting things have come out of it!
Getting their hair done at the fair. I was sort of cringing at all the hairspray and hot curling irons touching their sweet baby hair, but they LOVED it!
Splash Country and then a sleepover at Aunt Shenoa's house ... so much fun!
After church pic.
Last hoorah before school started back. We headed to Hilton Head with Shenoa and her boys and my good friend Allison and her little boy (he and Tinsley were born two days apart and go to daycare together).

The girls and I got haircuts before school started :-). It was Tinsley's first official haircut ... I have chased her around trying to get her to hold still so I could trim it ... you can imagine how that turned out. One of the last pool days before school ... I actually had to make Briley go the past few times. She has fun once she gets there, but she is so over going.
